As covered in the International Press the Pyrenees will play a key role in deciding the general classification of the 2012 Tour de France. Once again Bagneres de Luchon will host both a stage finish (Pau - Luchon) and a stage start (Luchon - Peyragudes), with Peak Times providing our guests with another fantastic opportunity to share the Le Tour experience on some of the classic cols of the Central Pyrenees.

Our Le Tour Special is always over subscribed which is great testimony to not only the quality of our program but also our close attention to detail, the level of care and the personal approach that we provide to ensure that both riders and non-riding partners thoroughly enjoy their tour experience.

For those who are unable to secure a place at Villa Portillon we can at times provide self drive/self catering options using nearby apartments. These are generally booked well in advance, however please contact us to check availability.

The "Assassins" Challenge 2012:

For those that are unable to watch the tour but would like to tackle a number of the classic cols of the tour we are running a number of long weekend/midweek supported rides for up to 8 guests.

For 2012 our focus is on the key climbs that feature in stage 17 of this years Tour de France. Tough climbs that highlight the very best of the Central Pyrenees.

The challenge is personal, it is not a race, there are no winners or losers, just a common desire to ride in the tracks of tour legends past and present.

The Assassins Challenge is an open event, and with the exception of our Le Tour Special can be arranged at any time of the year between the beginning of May and the end of October.
